
Bahan2/Ingredients :
- Isi siput sudu/kupang atau tiram. Flesh of mussels or oysters
- sedikit jintan manis. Fennels
- bawang putih. Garlic
- halia. Ginger
- 1 ct.serbuk kunyit. 1 tsp.turmeric powder
- sedikit air asam jawa. A small amount of tamarind juice
- bawang besar. Onion
- cili besar. Big chillies
- cili padi. Small chillies
- sedikit garam . A little salt
Cara membuatnya/Method:
- Hiris halus bawang putih dan halia. Cut finely the garlic and ginger
- Panaskan minyak masak dalam kuali .Heat up some cooking oil in a wok
- Tumis bawang putih,halia dan jintan manis hingga wangi.Fry the garlic,ginger and the fennels till aromatic
- Masukkan sedikit air.Add in a little water
- Masukkan serbuk kunyit.Biar sebentar hingga mendidih.Add in turmeric powder.Leave it for awhile to simmer
- Masukkan isi siput . Biarkan dia benar2 masak. Add in the flesh of the mussels. Let it cooks thoroughly.
- Masukkan air asam jawa dan kacau rata. Add in tamarind juice and stir thoroughly.
- Masukkan kentang rebus. Add in boiled potato slices
- Masukkan hirisan bawang besar dan cili . Add in slices of onion rings and chillies
