Dori panggang

Rasanya nak kurangkan kadar kolesterol dalam badan , dah kena tegur dengan doktor pun…….. Kena makan ikan-ikan bakar,kukus dan rebus….. sabar,sabar…….
Sebenarnya ikan-ikan bakar dan kukus tu adalah menu istimewa di restoran-restoran,jadi nak rasa sedih apa pulak?Ikan kukus di kedai tomyam bukan main tinggi  harga dia.Bila lihat secara positif, hebatnya kalau makan ikan bakar atau kukus.
Feel like reducing the cholesterol level in the body, and actually the doc had also advised so……..Got to opt for grilled,steamed or boiled fish…….must have all those patience to hold our desire on fried foods,fritters and so on…..
By right,grilled and steamed fish are specialities of some restaurants,why feel bad having to limit our food choices?In some eateries,steamed fish can be expensive.Thus,looking on the positive side of it,it’s great to eat grilled or steamed fish.

  • Lumur fillet dori dengan serbuk lada,tak payah garam….. Rub some pepper on the dory fillet, no salt required.
  • Panggang dalam oven pada suhu 200°C  selama 20 minit. Roast the fillets in the oven at 200°C  for 20 minutes.

  • Boleh juga dilumur fillet dengan serbuk kari ikan. We can also rub some fish curry powder on the fillet.

Alhamdulillah…tak hilang pun selera makan. Alhamdulillah….we can still enjoy a hearty meal.
