Bismillah Phrase Arabic Islamic Calligraphy 05

 

Kupas nenas dan hiris melintang. Buat 3 belahan pada setiap hirisan. Peel the pineapple and make x-section cuts. Make 3 slits on each slice.


Bahan-bahan /Ingredients :

bawang putih /garlic
halia / ginger
buah pelaga / cardamoms
bunga lawang / star anise
kulit kayu manis / cinnamon sticks
udang kering /dried prawns
rempah daging(1~2 peket) / meat curry powder (1~2 packets)
kerisik/ grounded roasted coconut
udang hidup / fresh prawns

  • Tumis sebentar bawang putih dan halia yg telah dihiris halus .Fry for awhile finely sliced garlic and ginger.
  • Masukkan buah pelaga,bunga lawang dan kulit kayu manis.Add in the spices.
  • Goreng sehingga kuning keemasan.Kemudian masukkan sedikit air supaya tidak hangit. Fry till golden brown.Then add in a little amount of water so as not to burn it.
  • Masukkan serbuk kari {kalau nak kuah banyak guna 2 peket}.Add in the meat curry powder { use 2 packets if we need more gravy}.
  • Tambah sedikit air lagi untuk memasakkan rempah. Add in more water to ensure the curry is properly cooked.

  • Biar rempah betul-betul masak. Make sure that the curry is properly cooked.
  • Masukkan udang kering yang ditumbuk kasar. Add in coarsely pounded dried shrimps.
  • Masukkan kerisik. Add in grounded roasted coconut.

  • Masukkan hirisan nenas.Add in slices of pineapple.
  • Tambah air secukupnya untuk memasakkan nenas.Masukkan 3~4 cb gula dan garam secukup rasa.Kuah mesti ada sikit rasa masam manis .Add in enough water to cook the pineapple.Add in 3~4 tbsp of sugar and salt to taste.The gravy should taste a bit sweet sourish.
  • Bila nenas telah masak,masukkan udang hidup.Biar sehingga udang masak. When the pineapple is thoroughly cooked,add in the fresh prawns.Let the dish cooks through.

Alhamdulillah……. will be more delectable if  taken with fried salted fish and rice. Alhamdulillah….. sedap dimakan dengan gelama kering/gelama masam goreng bersama nasi.
