Samperit

samperit-hasil dari 2 bancuhan/result from doubling the ingredients

Bahan2/Ingredients

  • 1 tin tepung jagung Brown & Polson atau  (450 g) / 1 can Brown & Polson cornflour or (450 g) 
  • 1 tin tepung gandum (guna tin yg.sama) atau (450 g) / 1 can (using the same can) wheat flour or (450 g)
  • 1 cawan gula aising / 1 cup icing sugar
  • 3 biji kuning telur/ 3 egg yolks
  • 1 sudu teh vanila/1 teaspoon vanilla
  • majerin/mentega ikut bancuhan /the amount of butter/margarine used is according to the consistency of the dough
  • ceri /glazed cherries

Cara membuatnya/Method

    • Tepung  jagung dicampur dengan tepung gandum/Mix together the cornflour and the wheat flour
    • Pukul gula dengan telur hingga kembang /Whisk together the egg yolks and sugar till fluffy
    • Masukkan vanila/Beat in the vanilla
    • Gaulkan adunan telur ke dalam tepung /Incorporate the egg mixture into the flour
    • Masukkan sedikit demi sedikit majerin/mentega hingga adunan menjadi lembut (jgn.terlebih mentega,bunga akan menjadi kembang)/Add in a little at a time the margarine/butter to form a soft dough(too much fats will cause the flowers to drop)
    • Uli dan tekan adunan dengan acuan samperit / Knead the dough and press out the biscuits using a nozzle
    • Hias dengan hirisan ceri /Top the cookies with glazed cherry nibs
    • Bakar dalam oven(api bawah saja) pada suhu 140 darjah Celsius selama 20 minit /Bake in a preheated oven(bottom heat only) at 140 degree Celsius for 20 minutes

Acuan yg.plastik tu menghasilkan bunga yg.lebih kecil. The plastic nozzle produces smaller flowers.

Sejukkan biskut di atas radai. Cool the cookies on a wire rack.
